Pre-production of large quantities is possible and handling is facilitated by insulated transport trolleys. The ZIEGRA IceStation is ideal for use in the fish trade, for displaying goods and in food processing companies, for example.

Ice dosing systems (without transportation) The ZIEGRA IceSupply is ideal for automatic ice dosing of pre-produced ice. Any machine size is possible. The ice silo (500 - 20,000 kg) has an automatic discharge system. At the touch of a button, the ice is conveyed by a discharge screw, e.g. into a transport trolley or directly into your process (kneader / cutter / fish boxes / vegetable packaging / etc.).

ZIEGRA StreamIce® systems: Ice in flow Fastest dosing and cooling with liquid ice for multiple, even remote, points of delivery with simple technology: ZIEGRA StreamIce systems meet the highest demands for accuracy and flexibility. They combine the advantages of ice and cold water: high, extremely fast cooling and simple dosing.
StreamIce is produced from salt or fresh water as required. It is kept homogeneous in an agitator tank and pumped to the point of use on demand. Flow meters and insulated ring pipes ensure precise dosing and efficiency. For the immediate cooling of fish (also on trawlers) or for feeding mixers in bakeries, but also for container cooling in a double jacket.
