ZIEGRA ice machines:

The company management and production headquarters are in Isernhagen, near Hannover. The production
is separated into independently-responsible areas, which are subject to joint management.  The production management, 
development department and quality control work close together daily.  
 
The production areas are:

• Production of refrigeration units (cylinder and coil) using modern equipment
• Production line for small and medium-sized serial machines
• Serial production of large machines, special units and ice plants
• Automatic ice dosing systems
• Final checks  

 
The components of ice machines are obtained from renowned suppliers (e.g. Bitzer, Bock, Danfoss, Siemens etc.) or produced by specialist companies in the area of Hannover. They are subject to strict goods-in checks.  
 
The customer service department has had special importance since ZIEGRA was founded. The domestic customer service department has, amongst other things, mechanics that have trained with ZIEGRA machines and have maintenance vehicles including all the necessary tools. The multi-lingual foreign customer service department is assisted by experienced ZIEGRA mechanics as well as customer service departments at the subsidiaries in England and Spain and a maintenance network of partners in Europe and other continents.
